Finance (Sources of)

Analysing funding and finance was not a significant question area in this project, however, the organisations that participated were obtaining financial resources from a variety of sources, including the public sector, philanthropic organisations and, of course, enterprise activity. The majority of the social enterprises that were trading goods and services internationally were successfully blending these sources of funding. However, organisations noted that there were difficulties in accessing certain funding streams, due to their classification as social enterprises.
