Kick-off project partnership meeting in Athens (Greece)

On 22-23 of January 2018 the host partners from the University of Patras (Greece) welcomed in Central Hotel Athens in Greece the InTSEnSE project partner’s from Wrexham Glyndwr University (coordinating organisation, UK), Limerick Institute of Technology (Ireland), Archivio della Memoria (Italy), Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg (Germany), Social Impact Consulting Ltd. (UK), Inovaciju biuras (Lithuania) and Sociālās inovācijas centrs (Latvia) for the purposes of the first transnational project meeting.

During the first day of the meeting, partners discussed on the reports progress of pre project and the start up phase (contracts, management plan, media coverage, etc.), the project overview and management, including the method statement and communication plans, the task schedules for partners, the budget, the virtual management meetings, the project result dissemination plan, the timesheets and the dates for future meetings. Accordingly, the discussion on the second meeting day concerned the four Intellectual Outputs (IO) that have been planned as results of the project, the web platform development and usage, the social media presence, the logo, along with the deadlines for each task.
